Are your designs AI-generated?

Some of our artists use AI tools as part of their creative process (often for early concepting and mood boards), while others do not. Final designs are always curated and refined by real artists and our creative team.

We see AI the same way artists once saw Photoshop — a tool, not the artist.

Can I buy directly from Artsy?

No — state laws require that cannabis products be sold through licensed retail dispensaries.

Can I license Artsy in my state and sell Artsy flower?

Potentially — yes.

Artsy is developing a select licensing program to bring the Artsy brand to new states through top-tier cultivation partners.

We’re not interested in being everywhere — we’re interested in being the best. If your facility can consistently deliver the highest quality product in your state, and you want to pair it with a premium brand, we’d love to speak.

Do you test your products?

Yes. All Artsy products are tested through licensed laboratories in Colorado for required compliance standards, including:

potency (THC/CBD)
microbial contaminants
pesticides
heavy metals

We only package and sell products that meets required compliance and quality standards.

Does Artsy offer refunds or replacements?

Product refund policies are handled by the dispensary where you purchased the product, per state regulations.If you have a quality concern, contact the store first and you can also message us directly so we can investigate. We want to make sure you are stoked on your purchase!

Does Artsy ship cannabis?

No. Cannabis cannot be shipped across state lines under federal law. We do not ship cannabis products.

Does Artsy use pesticides?

All regulated cannabis products must pass strict lab standards. Our goal is clean, compliant flower that meets or exceeds required thresholds. We do NOT use any pesticides in our gardens. Clean genetics and clean indoor gardens should not need to use any pesticides.
